  • Waking Moments

“Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.”
    ― Hanh Nhat Thich

Waking up in the morning and not reaching for the phone. That smart box. Instead, taking long, deep breathes. Choosing gratitude and basking in the bliss of the present. It washes all over you. It's a new day; a gift. To cherish and share.

You don't rush. The stillness is not alien, it's fuel; food for your soul. You're alive to feel every drop of water in the shower, conscious of every bite of food, awake in the silence.

Today, you're not chasing money, approval or fame. You're just gonna live. For you. And when the distractions come, you will breathe in and out and remember to choose to take strength from the stillness.

You're choosing life. Every moment. Every day.
